That limit is not us being difficult. Construction and demolition debris is heavy, it is priced and disposed of differently, and it needs a dumpster or a licensed C&D hauler. If that is what you have, we will tell you honestly and point you toward the right kind of company rather than take a job we should not take.

Pricing is per job, based on volume and how much labor it takes to get the items out. A few pieces from the driveway is a small job. A full garage with a narrow path and a flight of stairs is not. We look at it, either in person or from a couple of photos you text us, and we give you a firm number before anything moves.

Access changes the job more than people expect. A few pieces sitting in the driveway is straightforward. The same volume at the back of a deep lot, down a narrow side yard, or up a flight of apartment stairs is a different amount of labor entirely, and mattresses and appliances carry disposal fees on top. We build all of that into the quote up front rather than adjusting the number once we are already loading.

Timing is worth thinking about too. If you are replacing furniture, having the old piece gone before the new one arrives saves you from living around both for a week. If you are turning over a rental, clearing first and cleaning second gets the unit listed faster. And if you are working through an estate or a long-tenured family home, we go at whatever pace you need, set aside anything you want to look at again, and never rush that part.
