Deep Cleaning in Whittier, Norwalk and Nearby

This is the clean you feel the second you walk in. We get behind, under, and inside the places a normal tidy-up skips.

Soapy bathroom tile being scrubbed clean along the grout lines

A deep clean is not a longer version of a regular clean. It is a different job. We work room by room with a checklist, starting high and finishing low, so dust never lands on a surface we already wiped. Ceiling fan blades, door frames, light switches, vents, baseboards, window sills, and the trim everyone forgets all get handled by hand.

In the kitchen we pull small appliances off the counter, degrease the range hood, scrub the stovetop, wipe cabinet fronts, and clean inside the microwave. Oven and fridge interiors are popular add-ons and we are happy to do both. In bathrooms we scrub grout lines, descale glass and fixtures, disinfect toilets top to base, and get the floor edges where hair and dust collect.

Most homes in Whittier and Norwalk fall into a few familiar types: older post-war houses with real tile and textured walls, mid-century tracts with sliding doors and big windows, and newer condos with lots of hard flooring. Each one holds dirt differently. Tile grout and window tracks trap the fine grit that blows in off the 605 and the 5. Textured ceilings and popcorn finishes hold dust that a duster just moves around. We adjust the tools and the time to match what your home actually needs.

How long it takes depends on size and condition. A one bedroom in good shape can be done in a few hours. A four bedroom that has not had a real detail clean in a couple of years is a full day and sometimes a two person crew. We tell you which one you are before we start, not after. Call or text 562-367-1198 and we will walk through it with you.

Deep cleans are also the right call before a move-in, after a move-out, before a party, after construction dust settles, or after a long stretch where life just got busy. Plenty of clients book one deep clean to reset the house, then switch to recurring house cleaning to keep it there. That combination costs less over a year than repeated deep cleans, and the house never slides back to square one.
