Why the offer works for a small crew
We are not a franchise burning investor money on a loss-leader. We are a small local crew still buying equipment, so every dollar of this had to be worth more to us than it costs.
The $30 is the part that is real money, off the first job, in the week we earn it. That is also why it is the part with a date on it: it runs to October 31, 2026 and then it is gone. It buys the one thing a business this size cannot get any other way, which is a first visit from someone who has never heard of us.
The rest costs us almost nothing in cash. Cleaning your bins takes about twenty minutes on a visit we are already making. The $25 only ever comes off a second visit, which means it is spent on work that already exists. And the referral credit costs nothing at all unless it brings us a job.
What we get back is the part that actually matters to a business this size: a customer who has seen two of our services instead of one, and a reason to have us back on a schedule. That is worth far more to us than a discount, which is why the offer is shaped this way and why the spot count is real.

- The $30 off your first visit applies to a deep clean or house cleaning of $150 or more, booked on or before October 31, 2026. Book by then and the clean can be scheduled for whenever suits you.
- Free trash can cleaning applies to a booked deep clean or house cleaning of $150 or more, up to two cans, redeemed on the same visit.
- Limited to 8 homes a month. We are one local crew and that is genuinely what the calendar holds.
- The $25 comes off your second visit once a recurring schedule is booked, not off the first.
- Whittier, Norwalk and the cities listed on our areas page. Ask us about anywhere else, we will tell you straight.
- One offer per household. It does not stack with the 10% first-clean code.
