How much does a deep clean cost in Whittier?

Most Whittier homes land between $150 and $375. A one bed one bath starts at $150, a two bed with one or two baths runs $200 to $275, and a three bed two bath is typically $275 to $375. Four bedroom and larger homes start at $375. Condition matters as much as size, so we give you a firm number before we book instead of a vague range after we arrive.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. We arrive with everything: cleaners, cloths, brushes, vacuum, mop and the rest. If you prefer we use your products, because of hardwood, natural stone, allergies or a fragrance sensitivity, just leave them out and tell us. We are glad to use what you trust.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our recurring clients are not home. They give us a lockbox code, a garage code or a spare key, and come back to a finished house. We text when we are on the way and text again when we are done. If you would rather be there, that is completely fine too.

How far in advance should I book?

A few days is usually enough for a standard clean, and we often have same week openings. Deep cleans and large jobs are better booked a week or two out, since they need a longer block of time. End of month, holidays and the weeks before major events fill up first, so reach out early if your date is fixed.

Do you offer recurring weekly or biweekly cleaning?

Yes. Weekly, biweekly and monthly schedules are all available, and biweekly is our most popular. Recurring clients get the best rate and first choice of time slots. There is no contract and no minimum commitment, so you can pause, skip or stop whenever you need to.

What areas do you serve?

Whittier and Norwalk are our home base, plus Santa Fe Springs, La Mirada, Downey, Pico Rivera, Cerritos, Bellflower, La Habra, Hacienda Heights, Montebello, Buena Park, Artesia, South Whittier, West Whittier and the surrounding areas. If you are just outside that list, call us anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

What does small junk removal include and exclude?

We take small household items: furniture, mattresses and box springs, boxes and bags, small and mid-size appliances, patio items and general clutter. We handle all the lifting and loading. We do not take construction debris such as brick, drywall, roofing, concrete, or other heavy bulk materials. For that kind of material you need a dumpster or a licensed construction debris hauler, and we will tell you so rather than take a job we should not take.

Do you clean trash cans on site?

Yes. We clean the bins at your home. Full interior and exterior scrub, sanitizing treatment and a deodorizer, including the lid, rim, handles and wheels. Waste water is handled responsibly, not dumped in the gutter or the storm drain. The best time to schedule is the day of your trash pickup or the day after, while the can is empty.

Do you offer laundry pickup and delivery?

Yes. Wash, dry and fold is $20 to $30 per bag, and pickup and delivery is a $30 to $40 minimum on top of the laundry charge. We sort by color and fabric, wash and dry at appropriate settings, and fold neatly so it goes straight into drawers. Tell us your preferences on detergent, temperature and hang dry items and we follow them.
